1. Fleet Control, Positioning and Navigation:a commercial off the shelf GPS and fleet control system with integrated hardware and software components including the ability to utilize alternative remote and wireless communications technologies. Full wireless integration of the other system modules is available through this module.

2. Scheduling and Dispatch: An integrated scheduling and dispatch tool allowing full utilization tracking and monitoring. Positive Driver control and payroll integration. Order processing, billing and configuration.

3. Invoicing: Based on data maintained in the scheduling and vehicle master record, an integrated revenue and expense module allowing the contracting, billing and invoicing for leased and owned assets. This invoicing and contracting capability can easily be converted to a commitment/obligation capability or budget management tool.

4. Finance and Accounting: Fully compatible with existing finance and accounting systems (SAP R3, etc.), the FIMS modules provide full financial management and accounting including the tracking of costs per mile and per driver as well as revenue and expense summaries, maintenance costs, accident costs, lease management and full cost accounting.

5. Vehicle Record Management: The integrated vehicle management record provides full asset tracking by maintaining the entire life history of the vehicle and its use, maintenance and contract status. The management record is the FIMS core around which all other aspects of the system revolve. Driver Identification through integrated finger print ID technology and hazardous material management through load tracking, geo fencing, smart card and order management are integrated through this capability.
