The process is simple:

• Please go through this list of CHECKPOINTS, and see if the problem you are experiencing is most likely with the installation or with the radio/transponder. Most problems are installation related.

• If you think the problem is the radio/transponder, download this RADIO REPAIR ORDER FORM, print it, fill it out and enclose it with the radio

• Send the radio to us (the address is on the form) - we'll quote you before any repair is completed, but there is a minimum charge of $60 for the diagnosis.
