Vision Systems Aeronautics - formerly RBE
Based in Brignais, near Lyon in France, this company is an old company under a new name. RBE was founded in 1928 as a supplier to France's strong automotive industry that branched into aviation with similar products - sun visors, roller shades and roller blinds. First to Aerospatiale's ATR aircraft, then to Airbus, Eurocopter and also Boeing. Vision Systems is the renamed RBE and has two divisions, Automotive and Aeronautics.
